Ingredients
- No Nuts Muesli
- 100g mixed berries
- 50g caster sugar
- 1 orange juice and zest
Method
- Place the mixed berries in a small saucepan with the sugar, orange zest and juice and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool slightly.
- Fill two bowls with No Nuts muesli, add milk and spoon the berry compote over the top
