Italian born chef Nicola Ducceschi discovered his passion for food from a young age, while cooking with his mother. He developed his flair for cooking when he attended an award winning college in Italy for professional development in hotel and catering services.
Nicola Ducceschi has worked in several well-known hotels and restaurants including The Dorchester and Michelin star restaurant Chez Bruce. After becoming Head Chef at popular Italian restaurant Tentazioni, Nicola moved to Bali to expand his knowledge of Asian cuisine and flavours.
Nicola returned to Italy to refine his management skills and update his knowledge of modern Mediterranean cuisine before returning to London. He worked as Head Chef of the Metropolitan hotel, where he developed his interest in creating healthy and nutritious menus.
Nicola is currently working as the Executive Chef of Aspinalls club, a prestigious casino in London’s Mayfair.
